Healthline is the other value added service for insured individuals. It is a free and confidential healthcare information service staffed with registered and trained doctors. Doctors understand the health needs, a patient’s condition and then, provide general health information and recommend the best means of action.
Insured individuals can call a team of doctors and seek guidance related to self care, minor injuries and illness, knowledge about chronic diseases or/and specific medication and advice on health related issues. For Apollo Munich customers, this service is available from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM to 6 PM.
