- Step 1 – Have to accept a medico legal disclaimer
- Step 2 – Doctor will answer the call and collect some basic details
- Step 3 – At the Hospital/Doctor will then ask you a series of questions about your symptoms and
other issues relating to your health
- Step 4 – At the end of the call the doctor may suggest ways you can care for yourself
/ provide information / advice or ask you to contact a Hospital / Doctor
- The Healthline uses the most up-to-date health information available, giving the
highest quality advice
