Our network comprises of about 4,200 hospitals across the country, representing the best hospitals of our TPA partners (on a cashless basis), including the 42 Apollo Hospitals. The choice of the doctors and the hospitals is made by the member and we give complete freedom to the member to exercise his/her choice.
Apollo Munich Health has set in the following minimum criteria for any provider to be able to provide healthcare services to its members. For a Hospital / Nursing Home to be included in the panel of preferred providers of Apollo Munich Health under any TPA the following minimum criteria has to be met with:

i) The Hospital / Nursing Home must be registered and licensed with the appropriate local or other authorities which are competent for such registration in the concerned area and is under the supervision of a Medical Practitioner in attendance 24 hours a day and is not, except incidentally, a clinic, rest home, or convalescent home for the addicted, detoxification centre, sanatorium, home for the aged, mentally disturbed, remodeling clinic or similar institution.

ii) Should be manned by qualified nursing staff (that hold a certificate issued by a recognized nursing council) under its employment in attendance 24 hours a day and maintains daily records of each of its patients.

iii) Have at least 15 Inpatient beds and a fully equipped and functioning operation theatre.
