We want to make sure our customers are satisfied with our resolution, but if you are not happy you can route your grievance by following the below steps:
Step 1

You can contact us by any of the following way:

Call us on our toll free 1800-102-0333

Write to us at customerservice@apollomunichinsurance.com

Walk in at our nearest branch or Corporate office

Post your letter to our Corporate office 

Register your grievance on our website

Please Note:
  • You will have to share your complete policy/application details with us so that we can assist you. In case you already have a Case ID, please quote it at every interaction with us. 
  • For Branch and Corporate office walk in you will receive an immediate acknowledgment with Case ID (make sure that you receive one from our executive)   and for other channels like online, letter, email, etc. you will receive acknowledgement with Case ID within 3 working days.
  • We will provide you with a resolution no later than 2 weeks. 
Case ID would be a mandatory requirement to escalate to Step 2
Step 2
So you are still not satisfied with the resolution given in Step 1, you can further escalate it by writing to us on grievance@apollomunichinsurance.com
Please Note:
  • By now you must be having your Case ID (which you have received from us), please quote it at every interaction with us. 
  • You will receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days.
  • We will provide you with a resolution no later than 2 weeks.
Case ID would be a mandatory requirement to escalate to Step 3
Step 3
Finally we have our Head of Grievance Mr. Padmesh Nair, V.P., Operations to look into your case. Write to headofgrievance@apollomunichinsurance.com .
Please Note:
  • Remember the Case ID? Don’t forget to mention that every time you interact with us. 
  • You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days.
  • We will provide you with a resolution within 10 working days.
Step 4
If we still don’t meet your expectations? You may approach the Insurance Ombudsman for redressal.
