How do I make a claim intimation?

Call our toll free 1800-102-0333 or fax us at 1800- 425-4077.

How will the payment of claim be made in case of a reimbursement claim?

All claim payments will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account. In case he has requested for NEFT transfer, the following details must be provided in the NEFT form for us to transfer the amount:

  • Account Holder’s Name
  • Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Branch address

In case these details are not provided, we would settle the claim by cheque in the name of policy holder.

How do I find out which Hospitals are part of a given insurance network?

Should the claim be submitted with the insurance company or with TPA?

Submit the claim to Apollo Munich Health Insurance, we have an in-house claims settlement process.
