Apollo Munich initiates the hiring process by creating requirement specifications. From these, the recruitment department will create job posts on the website. Once your online application has been submitted for a job vacancy, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
In the preselection round, the recruitment department will start the application screening process. If the candidates are shortlisted based on the requirement, the team will contact the candidate directly and invite them for the interview. Multiple rounds of interviews may be used where there are many candidates or the position is particularly challenging or desirable. Once the successful candidate joins Apollo Munich, the orientation process starts and the background check activities begins.
